Order Processing and Shipping


We ship Enovid SaNOtize via DHL and UPS Saver directly from production facilities in Israel to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Caribbean, Central & South America, and many other countries (excluding Mexico). You can see the full list of countries during check-out, on the shipping address section.

All orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, together with the tracking information. 

Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by the carrier at the next scheduled pick-up, usually daily around 15:00 our local time.

Pickup days are Sunday - Thursday only.

DHL has daily flights except on Sundays. UPS does not have flights on Saturdays. This may affect Business Days counting.

We ship with DHL Express (3-5 Business Days to most US and EU locations) or with UPS Saver (usually 1-3 Business Days).

International Orders of Enovid SaNOtize products


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Your order may also be subject to local regulatory requirements. Although we may ship to your location, we do not handle any issue related to importing clearance and/or to the usage of this product in the country where you are located. It is your responsibility to verify whether it is allowed to import this product to your shipping address and if it is allowed to use it in your territory.

Returns, if you want to return your Enovid SaNOtize product.


Due to the nature of this product, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, in any case, including not when the delivery is failed due to the customs clearance process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please follow up with your tracking number, or contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
